Flora is a town in Monroe Township, Carroll County, Indiana, United States. The population was 2,036 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Lafayette, Indiana Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.0 square mile (2.6 km2), all of it land.
As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 2,227 people, 906 households, and 609 families residing in the town. The population density was 2,157.4 people per square mile (834.8/km²). There were 959 housing units at an average density of 929.0 per square mile (359.5/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 98.16% White, 0.54% African American, 0.04% Native American, 0.04% Pacific Islander, 0.85% from other races, and 0.36% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.02% of the population.
There were 906 households out of which 29.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.8% were married couples living together, 9.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 32.7% were non-families. 29.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 15.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.36 and the average family size was 2.91.
In the town the population was spread out with 23.6% under the age of 18, 8.6% from 18 to 24, 26.4% from 25 to 44, 19.9% from 45 to 64, and 21.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 39 years. For every 100 females there were 83.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 79.5 males.
